- Deciding on one or more of the “three approaches” to change—direct, group or indirect;
- Determining how much force to exert as the leverage needed to release trapped energy;
- Building the platform upon which to lower costs and add value, forming a team, articulating a vision, creating a “sticky”message and ensuring accountability through measuring intended results.
